China Individual Visa Requirements

1. Online visa application form (signed, must be printed in A4 sized paper, please refer to the website here)
2. Two passport sized colored picture with white background (must be taken within the last six months from the application, please avoid white blouse/blazer)
3. Original passport (At least 6 months valid beyond intended stay)
4. Original old passport (if not available, need to provide explanation letter)
5. Copy of passport data page and emergency contact details
6. Original & Copy of previously used Chinese visa (if applicable)
7. Copy of roundtrip airline reservation
8. Copy of hotel reservation and daily itinerary
9. Original personal bank certificate (must have at least Php 100,000 per applicant and must include account type, current balance, account opening date, 6 months average daily balance and must be attached with original official receipt/debit memo/certification of waived fee from the bank)
10. Original bank statement or certified true copy of passbook for the last 6 months
11. Copy of recent personal income tax return
12. Copy of PSA birth certificate and/or marriage certificate (if travelling with immediate family)

For Employees

• Original employment certificate with leave of absence issued within one month upon application (must include applicant's position, date hired, compensation, office address, landline numbers, and e-mail address)
• Copy of PRC/IBP ID (if professional)
• Copy of company ID

For Businessmen

• Copy of business registration (DTI or SEC)
• Copy of business permit or mayor's permit
• Copy of income tax return

For Students

• Original school certification
• Copy of school ID
• Copy of parent's document (such as original bank certificate, original COE or business documents)

For Retirees

• Copy of senior citizen card or retirement documents

For Foreign Nationals

• Copy of i-card

If the Company Will Shoulder the Trip

• Guarantee letter from company
• Original bank certificate and bank statements of the company (last 6 months)
• Copy of business documents and ITR of the company

Special Notes

• All documents must be issued within 1 month upon application.
• Additional documents may be required by the embassy without prior notice.
• Personal appearance is not required (unless the Embassy requests it).
