Turkiye Individual Visa Requirements

1. Two 2x2 colored pictures (white background)
2. Original passport (6 months valid)
3. Old passport issued within the last 10 years
4. Original personal bank certificate (must include account type, current balance, account opening date, and 8 months average daily balance)
5. Original bank statement or certified true copy of passbook for the last 8 months
6. Original PSA birth and marriage certificate

For Employees

• Original employment certificate with leave of absence (must include applicant's position, date hired, salary, date of return to work)
• Copy of latest individual tax return
• Copy of PRC/IBP ID (if professional)
• Copy of company ID

For Businessmen

• Copy of business registration (DTI or SEC)
• Copy of business permit or mayor's permit
• Copy of income tax return
• Copy of financial statements

For Students

• Original school certificate
• Copy of school ID
• Leave of absence from school (if travelling while classes are ongoing)
• Affidavit of support and consent form (signed by both parents)
• Scanned copy of the parent's full biopage data of the passport

For Retirees

• Copy of senior citizen card or retirement documents

For Foreign Nationals

• Copy of alien certificate of registration (ACR)
• Copy of international card residence (ICR)
• Re-entry permit

If the Company Will Shoulder the Trip

• Guarantee letter from company
• Original bank certificate and bank statements of the company (latest 6 months)
• Copy of business documents and ITR of the company

Special Notes

• Turkey visa sticker application is applicable for Philippine passport holders who have no valid US visa or Schengen visa.
• Additional requirements may be required by the embassy without prior notice.
